Purpose
Prepare the Runway
Your vision, audience, niche and retreat concept.

A practical, in-person workshop for wellness professionals ready to turn their retreat idea into a business that makes sense.

This day is especially for you if you’re a yoga teacher, healer, meditation teacher, breathwork or sound practitioner, therapist, coach or other wellness professional who wants to take your work beyond weekly sessions and create a deeper experience for your clients.
You might be dreaming about your first retreat. Or you might have run one already — only to find ticket sales were an uphill battle, you barely broke even (or ended up out of pocket), and the financial stress completely overshadowed the magic of the experience.
You don’t need to have every detail worked out. You just need a willingness to shape your ideas, follow the strategy in the right order, and take confident steps forward.

You know you could create a retreat that makes a real difference — you can picture the setting, the conversations, the moments when someone leaves lighter and clearer.
But then come the questions. What should you offer? What do you charge? How do you find enough people to book — without committing to an expensive venue before the numbers stack up?
In one practical day, we’ll shape a retreat people want to book, price it so the numbers work, and plan how to attract the right guests.
A beautiful venue and a good heart are not a business plan. And crossing your fingers that the rooms will fill is not a marketing strategy.

Before building Elite Retreat Engine, I spent over two decades in sales and marketing — so I know what clear positioning and a sound plan can do. And from running my own retreats, I know a meaningful experience takes far more than a beautiful place and a schedule.
One lesson I learned the hard way was underestimating how much support I would need. Trying to hold every detail yourself can turn something fulfilling into something exhausting. You don’t have to do it all alone.
I’m here to bring gentle honesty, grounded clarity, and a solid flight plan — so you can step into your retreat with confidence and protect your energy every step of the way.
Your route to a profitable retreat.
The Retreat Flight Path™ is my step-by-step approach to helping wellness professionals and coaches move from first idea towards retreats that are thoughtfully planned, properly priced and promoted with purpose.
The full framework brings together five connected areas:
Prepare the Runway
Your vision, audience, niche and retreat concept.
Fill the Flight
Your positioning, messaging, content and lead generation.
Make It Pay
Costs, pricing, margins and soulful selling.
Build the Flight
Logistics, systems, documentation and retreat protection.
Create the Experience
The transformation, schedule and guest journey.
Then… take-off.
Not just one retreat. A retreat business you can build on.
Not just one retreat. A retreat business you can build on.
On the day, we’ll roll up our sleeves and dive deep into 2 to 3 of the most critical Flight Path pillars — giving you the hands-on clarity and space to work through your own numbers, nail your concept, and map out your launch plan without the guesswork.
You’ll walk away with the practical tools and foundational decisions made, so you’re ready to bring your retreat to life with total confidence.
“The magic happens when your vision takes flight and you stop trying to pilot it alone.”

By the end of the day, you’ll have worked through the key questions behind your retreat idea and identified the next steps that make sense for you. You can expect to leave with:
More clarity on the audience and transformation your retreat is designed for.
A better understanding of the costs and pricing decisions you need to make.
A clearer view of how you'll promote the retreat and support bookings.
A practical list of next steps, including what to resolve before committing to a venue.
A stronger sense of what support, systems and information you still need.
Your exact plan will depend on your idea, costs and starting point. This is a practical workshop, not a promise of instant bookings or guaranteed profit.

You don’t need a massive following to start making a plan. You do need to understand who you want to reach and be willing to build visibility and relationships with those people. We’ll look at the foundations of that process.
No prior retreat-hosting experience is required. The workshop is designed to help you think through the decisions involved, whether you’re at the idea stage or have already tested a retreat.
That’s one of the key things we’ll work through. You’ll learn to look at the costs, capacity and pricing decisions that inform your price, rather than simply copying what another host charges.
You don’t have to know it all already. You do need to be open to learning how to communicate your offer, promote it and follow up with potential guests. A brilliant retreat cannot fill itself if people don’t know why it’s right for them.
No honest person can guarantee bookings or profit. What you will get is practical guidance to help you make more informed decisions and build a clearer plan for your retreat.
It is designed for yoga and Pilates teachers, breathwork facilitators, healers, coaches and other wellness professionals who want to create or grow a profitable retreat business.
Every ticket includes the full in-person workshop, lunch and refreshments, plus the planning, pricing and sales framework used throughout the day. VIP guests also receive a goody bag, priority seating and a 45-minute 1:1 retreat review.
Bring something to take notes with and any retreat ideas, draft plans or figures you already have. You do not need to prepare anything formal.
The event is at GFS Solutions, Unit 3, 2nd Floor, Tealdown Works, Bounds Green, London, N11 2LX. Please contact the team before booking if you have specific access requirements.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable to a future date or another person up to 7 days before the event.
Early bird tickets at £85 are available until Tuesday 17 November. General admission at £115 then runs from 18 to 26 November.
Yes! Our Bring A Friend offer gives you two tickets for £150. That's just £75 each during early bird — £190 for both (£95 each) once general admission opens on 18 November.
